SEE LIVE: Risk & Security Forum is celebrating its 10th anniversary

High-profile speakers announced

In November, Event Risk & Security will be in the 10th round. On the occasion of the anniversary, the organizer ISPIN has promised high-caliber speakers. Including the hacker Kevin Mitnick, who used to be on the FBI's most-wanted list.

On 16 November, the Risk & Security Forum will celebrate its tenth anniversary in Zurich's Dolder Grand. The organizer, ISPIN, therefore promises visitors a "first-class event with high-caliber, international speakers from the security sector," as a communication says.

Among the speakers is the hacker Kevin Mitnick, who comes to Switzerland for the first time. Mitnick was on the Most-Wanted list of the US Federal Police FBI, and is now author of books, and is a global security adviser for governments.

For the keynotes the organizer committed the following experts:

  • David Ulevitch, senior vice president / general manager of Cisco Security Business
  • Heli Tiirmaa-Klaar, Head of Cyberpolitik Coordination European ExternalAction Service of the EU
  • Peter Regli, former divisional director and former director of the Swiss news service

In addition, the organizer promises other specialists at Roundtables and in the sessions. Among them were Marc Henauer, Chief OIC of the Reporting and Analysis Center for Information Assurance (Melani), Lothar Gramelspacher, Head of Cyber Security & Governance Services at Roche Diagnostics and Albert Stahel, Head of the Institute for Strategic Studies in Wädenswil.
